The Zohar teaches that the energy of matzah weakens the ego and strengthens our certainty. When we choose simplicity over drama, and faith over fear, we create space to reveal more Light in our lives. Pesach invites us to release what is “puffed up” within us; old patterns, reactive thoughts, and limiting stories, so we can step into true freedom.

When we bake with water that has been infused with sacred intention, we invite that flow into the physical and into our experience of the holiday.
