Shipping Policy
Our goal is to make sure your experience at The Kabbalah Centre is the best it can be. All refund questions can be directed to the London Centre Bookstore. If you need to return a purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us at +44 203 4577017 or email us at uk.store.orders@kabbalah.com.

Orders are currently despatched within 2 - 3 working days during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM GMT, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Next Day and RM Special Delivery by 1pm services will be delivered within 24 hours of the order being despatched. 
Time for delivering your order may vary according to the shipping method chosen. Airmail can take up to 20 working days in Europe and North America. More than 20 working days to Central and South America, Asia, Africa and Middle East.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Please note that, The Kabbalah Centre Online Store (Kabbalah Limited) cannot be responsible for lost or missing items /order during its course of  postage. Parcels lost or missing on the mail should be claimed via Post Office of the destination country.

Free Shipping
Free Shipping is now available for all countires in the EU and EEA. Minimum order £10.00 and any value up to 30kg in total weight of the order. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail or Courier European Road services according to order's weight and size.

Duties and Taxes
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches their country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The Kabbalah Centre and its services providers have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs for additional information.

Order Tracking
We currently do provide tracking number confirmation for the majority of our orders, depending on the delivery method chosen by you.

Special Shipping Notes for International Shipping: Royal Mail Recorded Service can only be used for orders up to 2kg and books up to 5 kg. This service is not available to African Countries, Asian Countries and Middle East Countries.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Cancellation should be made within 24 hours of the original order. New, unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery (with a receipt) will be fully refunded. Please note that any fees from Payment Gateway services will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Please allow approximately 30 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our location. If you are exchanging an unopened item, please see the return instructions (located in your shipment) for more details. Please note, you must confirm the return via the phone first before you return in the post. Customers are liable for all costs returning the package / item to the sender address. Replacement items will be shipped within five business days upon receipt. The Kabbalah Centre will send exchange items via the original shipping method once the item has arrived at our location. Please note that only unopened items are entitle for returns/exchanges.

Defective/Damaged Products
All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. To return a defective/damaged product, please see the attached return instructions for more details. 

Zohar 23 Volume Set  Return
A set of The Zohar in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund (shipping not included) within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the shrink wrap is broken on one volume, The Zohar may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, for a partial refund (£50.00 will be deducted from the original payment). No refund will be given for used or opened Zohars that do not qualify for the conditions above.
